An additional delivery surcharge may apply to some addresses in Northern England and Scotland, Wales and parts of the West Country. These charges are only made to help with the significantly greater delivery costs. Please call us on 01760 336994 to arrange delivery if you are in this area. Regrettably, at present, we are not able to deliver to addresses outside mainland UK.

- If you wish to cancel an order before delivery please contact us by telephone or email.

I am at work during the day, how will I be able to take delivery of my furniture?

If you find it difficult to receive deliveries, consider asking a neighbour or friend to receive the delivery for you, or you may be able to ask someone else to open your house to receive the delivery.

Does the furniture require assembly?

Most items of furniture are delivered fully assembled. Some items do require assembly and are described as such on the individual product page. Our delivery drivers are not able to assemble furniture.

Are the items that require part assembly difficult to put together?

Items requiring home assembly are not difficult to put together. Before starting assembly please read the instructions, familiarize your self with the parts and have the correct hand tools available. Please leave sufficient time to complete the job, do not rush and ensure you have a clear uncluttered area in which to work.

Is the furniture suitable for conservatories?

Our Lloyd Loom furniture is perfect for conservatories. Our customers do also place wooden furniture in conservatories without experiencing problems; although we cannot recommend this, because the effects of direct sunlight and higher temperatures can be detrimental to the furniture.

Will the delivery people put the furniture where I want?

Our deliveries are to downstairs rooms. The drivers are not contracted to carry the furniture upstairs and will only offer to do so at their discretion, time permitting. We regret that we are not able to take away packaging.
