If you have a problem or are unsure about something please contact our helpful customer service staff on 01603 623823 between 10.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday.
Any items that you are not satisfied with can be returned to us within 7 days.
Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery and record any obvious damage on the delivery note before signing for the item. We will accept the return of items, undamaged and in the original protective packaging, that are notified to us within 7 days of delivery. To return an item of furniture please contact us first. Where items are returned for reasons other than damage, we will charge for the cost of the collection and return. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of any items that are not in the original protective packing. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products or service you receive from Abode, then please let us know so that we can try to rectify the problem.
