We strive to offer a high level of customer service and offer a simple guarantee.
If you have a problem or are unsure about something please contact us on 01603 623823 between 10.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Saturday.
We do our best to ensure that your furniture arrives in good condition. Please carefully check your furniture over for damage or faults as soon as possible after delivery and notify us of any problems within 7 days, so that we can rectify things.
We will accept the return of items ordered on our website, undamaged and in the original protective packaging, that are notified to us within 28 days of delivery. To return an item of furniture please contact us first on 01603 623823 or by email to info@abodedirect.co.uk
We will arrange to collect the item and will refund the cost once it has been returned to us. The original delivery charge is not refundable. Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of any items that are not securely packed in the original protective packing. Regrettably we cannot accept the return of flat-pack items that require assembly once assembly has been started. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products or service you receive from Abodedirect.co.uk, then please let us know so that we can try to rectify the problem.

Our simple guarantee is that if you find the same item being sold by another retailer online or in a ‘bricks and mortar’ store we will try our best to give you our best price possible.
Our price guarantee applies where:
The delivery charge and purchase price of the item are included in the price for comparison and availability is taken into account.
The best price guarantee applies from the time of placing an order for 7 days or until an item is despatched for delivery, which ever is the sooner.
